What a day 11th June has been for good news in the Academy. Twice winner of the Academy Cup, Duncan McCarthy, crewed by co-owner Steve Phelps, Hannah McCarthy, SYC proprietor and SWSYC Academy host, Spencer Whitworth and kite surfing hero Charlie Fisher, have become European Champions and second overall to the USA at the J24 Europeans in Le Crouesty, South Brittany.
